Refund & Return Policy


Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we got you—but you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue and your order number

Once approved, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are only issued if a replacement is unavailable.

 

Non-Refundable Items

 

  • Used or worn lashes
  • Lash glue and cosmetics
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Orders with incorrect shipping info provided by the customer


 

Shipping Issues

 

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier
  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
